Non-Surgical Liposuction has been gaining increasing popularity, prompting JannaČ Beauty Institute of southern California to add Zerona to their treatment roster.
 (Newport Beach, June 25, 2009)JannaČ Beauty Institute, a state-of-the-art medical clinic, announces the first non-invasive liposuction procedure available in Southern California. This innovative procedure combines the revolutionary new Zerona Erchronia LipoLASER™ with Endermologie and Lipomassage™ techniques.
“This new procedure, offered for the first time in Newport Beach, is a milestone for our institute” said JannaČ Nichols, director of JannaČ Beauty Institute. “I'm enormously proud to offer non-surgical liposuction to our patients with better results than traditional surgical liposuction and with zero down time.” The Zerona Erchonia LipoLASER™ is specially designed for use during non-invasive liposuction and body contouring. The laser is applied externally and has proven through double blind clinical trials to emulsify adipose tissue. Emulsification is when fatty components such as triglycerides, fatty acids, and glycerol are released from the cell and settle in the space outside of the cell. This allows the body to then naturally absorb and secrete these contents. The Erchronia LipoLASER™ is the only low-level laser on the market to receive an FDA 510(k) market clearance for laser assisted liposuction. "Traditional surgical liposuction, although very popular for sculpting and weight loss, cannot produce the results of the Zerona Laser” said JannaČ Nichols, director of JannaČ Beauty Institute. “Picture a glacier: traditional liposuction scoops in and removes chunks of the glacier ice, resulting in uneven texture and unstable results. Surgical liposuction, also technically known as lipoplasty, has become the most frequent performed aesthetic surgery procedure in the United States. However, lipoplasty has limitations, especially when dealing with fibrous areas such as the back, side of the waist and male chest. During non-surgical liposuction with the Zerona Erchronia LipoLASER™ fat is liquefied from the cells so excretion from the fibrous areas is possible, producing a smoother more uniform body surface.
