About Bay Area Aesthetic Surgery

One of the only facilities in the area to offer the Smartlipo Triplex procedure, the success of Bay Area Aesthetic Surgery over past 10 years is the result of an ongoing focus on understanding patient needs, a commitment to state-of-the art treatments and technology, and continual training for the entire staff.
Located near San Francisco in lovely San Mateo, this extraordinary facility was designed to make patients feel at home and at ease. A separate entrance ensures patient privacy. Dedicated to Plastic Surgery procedures, the center features specialized state-of-the-art equipment while maintaining the ultimate in sterile conditions. The highly trained staff is highly trained and familiar with the procedural routines. Should it be needed, anesthesia will be administered by a board certified anesthesiologist.
Once patients have sufficiently recovered, they will be escorted to a discreet exit with reserved parking. Should overnight assistance be necessary, a local transfer to a skilled nursing facility will be arranged, where Dr. Joel Beck can easily attend to you if necessary. Patients can also request in-home nursing assistance.
To keep up with demand, Bay Area Aesthetic Surgery is in the process of expanding to accommodate busy patient schedules.

American Medical Association Since 2002, Dr. Joel Beck has worked in partnership with renowned plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Brink, who has taken care of patients for more than 30 years. Dr. Beck's goal at Bay Area Aesthetic Surgery is to enhance the natural beauty of patients and their bodies. Internationally acclaimed, his surgical expertise paired with his sense of aesthetics and proportion, Dr. Beck consistently delivers fresh and natural looking results.
Dr. Beck's extensive training includes research and clinical experience in burn surgery, a fellowship in craniofacial surgery and intense plastic surgery and reconstructive training. Author of numerous articles, Dr. Beck is also a frequent guest speaker at national meetings for plastic surgeons.
Aside from his important work at the center, Dr. Beck enjoys spending time with family, Outdoor Activities, Wine Appreciation, Exercising, and Computers.
